Our Business team is a lean (still less than 10 people), dynamic group of highly analytical and technical individuals deployed to tackle high-priority cross-functional challenges that arise as our global operations evolve. In your first 12-18 months, you’ll be asked to navigate ambiguity on daily basis, and collaborate with key stakeholders, team leads, and our founders to design and implement new processes, models, and tools to inform data-driven business decisions. You’ll be entrenched in a fast-paced learning environment and have the opportunity to affect a wide range of functions, including business development and geographical expansion, post-trade analysis and reconciliation, trade operations, compliance, and risk assessment, and own significant processes and tools within your first few months.
