How does the horizontal chain work on the primary drive with a centrifugal clutch? Do you have trouble keeping the chain on? Nice Build! I must remember to read this at the start of the winter rather than a month away from our big race. We're modifying a third mower for our racing group with some mods for the other two. I plan to change mine as you did yours. We have only done the driven pulley swaps so far (but that is what everyone in our area has been doing) and now we're welding up the rear diffs too. My mower has a weird CVT/pulley drive system that works great at 4 kmph but starts to slip at 35 kmph - I need to change it. The green mower is my cousin's and was the winner. The two red ones are mine and my friend's (we work as a team). My son raced our's in the kids' race (we limited them to certain gears).
