Well, when you say "I don't want expenses to be a reason to weigh the two options." it makes me assume that education cost is not a hindrance for you, if that is the case, then I would suggest to opt for Umich's MSI-HCI programe as it is a reputed one and have been there for a long time as compared to EIT Digital Master School which is relatively very new.
