Unofficial student and alumni-run subreddit for the University of Waterloo community If so, what was he like? By blind luck, I ran into him in Toronto back in early 2014 and ran into him again in Waterloo in mid 2014. Honestly, he was kind of awkward and was really interested in the functional programming class (135). Seemed like a cool guy. Didn't meet him at Waterloo but I had lunch with him a couple years ago at work, in the younger days of Ethereum.
