IT’S EASY TO take typefaces for granted. With a click of a mouse, the appearance of our words can go from ridiculous (ahem, Comic Sans) to elegant or modern. It’s no surprise then that we rarely think about what goes into the making of the fonts we use everyday. But maybe we should. This charming short film from Dress Code and AIGA (American Institute of Graphic Arts) might be the push you need to start looking at fonts in a totally different way.
