To us, under-represented or under-served is simple, we want to help those who need our help! But in a time when DEI is 'under attack', we think it's important to clarify what WE mean by this term At Colorintech, when WE use the term underrepresented we are referring to the following groups but also the intersectionality of those groups as well (but not limited to): -Black, Asian & Ethnic minority groups -LGBTQIA+ -Disabled, including but not limited to physical disabilities
