This post is intended as something of a sequel to/commentary on Casey Handmer’s post We should not let the Earth overheat! from a couple months ago, and/or a summary/crystallization of some Twitter discussion from a few weeks ago. If you haven’t read Casey’s post, it’s strongly recommended. Why should we geoengineer? Because I don’t like the idea of dying in a 120-degree heat wave and degrowth means the worst depression in the history of industrial civilization. Next question?
