The actual answer is this, “There are no silver bullets, and there’s no secret sauce when it comes to founder recruitment.” At Highline Beta we do a few things to recruit founders (and many venture studios do the same), including: Leverage our network: A lot of founders come to us through referrals from other founders, investors or ecosystem partners.
