Sometimes I put the URL of this blog into a search engine to see what people are saying. When I first started – having heard about the fabled Internet Hate Machine – I was a little worried that I’d have to deal with tons snarky remarks and negativity. The opposite has happened. I’ve received several touching personal “thank you” emails, and a large majority – maybe even 90% – of social media feedback has been positive and extremely polite.
