Taken for the macro monday group's theme of "Transformation" this is an extract from a book that I'm working my way through at the moment for a programming language called "Processing". I'm trying to learn it for a research project I'm working on as it's used to describe geometries and create beautiful patterns and animations and this will make my life presenting to my students much much easier. Transformations are used quite a lot on matrices to define and relocate geometry and the movement and repositioning of the geometry in Processing makes use of the translate command... I need to get my head around this quite quickly and re-learn a lot of the maths skills I've let go for another new project that I'm looking to undertake soon.
