Roughly 325 applications. 20-30 recruiter calls. 15 first-round interviews. 10-12 second rounds. 7 final rounds. I landed a one-year contract at a company I am EXCITED about with a strong chance to convert and I'm about 2 months in! This was the hardest market I’ve ever been in. I had consistent callbacks and consistent final rounds, and still lost out at the end.
