I’ve never been one to follow the traditional path. Even as a child I was a curious optimist who noticed gaps in a product or a process and would ask, “Why are we doing it like this? Could there be a better way?” I’ve always loved questioning the status quo; not for the sake of it, but because I believe that asking the right questions leads to better outcomes.
