Can't stress this enough. I went on dates with my ex. Until I remembered why he was my ex and then had to start the healing process all over again. I just knew it would be so much better. It was actually worse because we already knew everything about each other so there wasn't many new things to discover. There really aren't any do's and so so many just don't for your own peace of mind. Edit for spelling. Absolutely this. The lack of discovery and excitement hits home too. Restarting the healing process is just not good and an unhealthy road to take.
