Exchanges can only be done in advance of the date and time listed on the ticket at the Roxie Box Office, which opens 30 minutes before each day's showtimes. If you have purchased a $5 "EBT -1 per card w/proof" ticket, please show your EBT, SNAP card and photo ID when you arrive at the box office to receive your ticket. One ticket per card.
