I have collected only a few items here. Please let me know if you have others to contribute. Actually there is considerable humor in many of the reviews. There were also lots of funny comments on the Usenet discussions of the book. In many cases, you had to read the whole thread. I'm too lazy to go back and find self-contained jokes from these many sources, but if you want to email me something you think might go well here, please do. If I like it I will place it here.
