Decentralized Sequencing Proposal: Irish Coffee Proposed by: Espresso Systems team This proposal is an adaptation of the Whisk-y proposal. It replaces the Single Secret Leader Election (SSLE) with a VRF, making it significantly more lightweight and efficient.
