In 2026, I’m predicting that designing for intent, Machine Experience (MX) design, designing better prompts, and AI generated Design Systems will become the foundation of AI hyper-personalized user experiences. I also predict that Multimodal Experiences will revolutionize the way we engage technology, and we’ll continue to elevate our designs with the return of glassmorphism, emotionally aware modes, and a pop of nostalgia.
