It was only recently that I realized that I was – that I am – a quitter. And the reason I learned this was because of a tweet (yes, I still use Twitter). Nneka Okona, author of Self-Care for Grief & The Little Book of Self-Healing, wrote: People love to wax poetically about how they don’t quit, how they stick with things & how they have endurance. Au contraire, I *LOVE* to quit. I will quit after a week, a month, a year. If I don’t want to do something anymore I quit. Normalize quitting often.
