I worked in a restaurant in high school. My title was "restaurant employee", not cashier, not someone from burgers or veggies prep, just restaurant employee. One day I'd be selling burgers, the next I'd be prepping veggies. Nobody cared what my title said. They cared about the results. Looking back, this pattern kept repeating through my career. Especially when I ended up as a design team of one inside startups or a low UX maturity org.
