The New Year is a time to stop and slow down. It’s a time to reflect on the previous year and plan for the upcoming one. Every holiday season, I reserve time to conduct an Annual Review. We spend most of our lives in the trenches. We’re heads-down, focused on the people we love, the commitments we’ve made, and the work we’re responsible for. But once a year, we get a chance to reflect. I write about where I’ve been, where I’m at, and where I want to go. I approach this process with an attitude of loving criticism.
