Course: CS-337-HCI & Computer Graphics BSCS-2023-ABC
This course is an introduction to the fields of human-computer interaction (HCI) and computer graphics. It focuses on the principles and techniques of designing, implementing, and evaluating user interfaces for computer systems. The course also explores the principles and techniques of computer graphics, including 2D and 3D graphics, rendering, animation, and visual design. Students will learn how to design and implement user interfaces that are visually appealing, easy to use, and efficient. 1. Understand the principles and techniques of human-computer interaction and computer graphics 2. Understand the process of rendering, animation, and 3D graphics 3. Apply principles of visual design to user interfaces 4. Evaluate and analyze user interfaces and identify areas for improvement Textbooks: Alan Dix et al. "Human-Computer Interaction". 2009.
