Throughout time, poets, philosophers and psychologists have generally agreed that there are really only two emotions: love and fear. How do we make decisions on a daily basis? I have learned that we can neither trust our minds nor our feelings. For example — pain isn’t always a sign that you did something wrong. It might just mean that the decision you made was unfamiliar or uncomfortable. Pain should not deter you from the path you know is right for you.
