Keep a notebook. Travel with it, eat with it, sleep with it. Slap into it every story thought that flutters up into your brain. That’s not to say technology is bad, but I encourage you to spend some time considering the technologies you use and making sure you choose the things you use rather than accepting everything marketed at you. Also remember that every technology has trade offs and unintended consequences.
