FYI: we have been working on integrating the AOPwiki into the NIVA RAdb as a standalone module some years ago, so would be great to compare notes later in the PARC project. The module is organized in RAdb and uses ORACLE/sql and interface with R for queries based on json files from the wiki. So not as open source as this tool. I assume you are using the XML files for this application?
