Beyond Goals: a sneak peak of our new workshop activity: "Life Snapshot"

Paralleling last year’s rebrand from Complice to Intend, the workshops I’ve been part of running for the last 7 years have gotten an overhaul—a much more substantial one, changing not just the name but a lot of the underlying content as well. We’re making some of the changes while we keep running them! Working with the garage door up. The current new name is the Beyond Goals Intensive, which reflects the lineage from the old iteration: the Goal-Crafting Intensive. What began with the idea of “hey, let’s make an online workshop to complement this app which is based around goals but has only some guidance to how to actually set them” has evolved into a holistic life-orienteering workshop. And it did that slowly, without us even noticing. Even from the very beginning, our workshop videos and exercises covered WAY more than just crafting goals. We talked about (and demo’d) daily workflows like the pomodoro technique, and helped people set up weekly or monthly reflections with a partner. Th
