Low-Dose Aspirin Use for the Prevention of Preeclampsia and Related Morbidity and Mortality | ACOG

Based on the updated USPSTF guidance and its supporting evidence, ACOG and SMFM are revising their recommendation regarding low-dose aspirin prophylaxis for the prevention of preeclampsia.
