Nu-Anh Tran is Associate Professor with a joint appointment in the Department of History and the Department of Social and Critical Inquiry at the University of Connecticut. Trinh M. Luu is a scholar of modern Vietnamese literature. She received her PhD in comparative literature from the University of California, Berkeley, and was a research fellow at the University of Oregon’s US-Vietnam Center.
