You’re not working out. You’re shaping someone who treats their body like a responsibility, not an afterthought. Do it once, it’s activity. Do it daily, it’s a vote. The feeling of devotion is unparalleled - when you show up fully in your heart and recognize it with the mind… it’s an unmatched sensation and vibrational experience. It’s totally worth showing up over and over. And yes, it’s who you become. Life is not about willpower - it’s about identity.
