Dr MiRan Kim is based at the School of Hospitality Business, Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan, USA. She is an associate professor in The School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University. She studies consumer behavior in the context of the hospitality and tourism industry. She focuses on the question of how service innovation can bring hospitality business practitioners to improve their organization’s performance and advance customer service.
