Making my app HIPAA compliant : r/hipaa

The app is an offline one, i.e, none of the data is stored on an external server. But it is not considered HIPAA compliant. I need some help to understand what changes this app specifically requires to become HIPAA compliant. I am looking for guidance from someone who has done this or can put me in touch with someone who knows about this.
