Have you ever heard advice like 'Live in the present moment' or 'Don't worry about the future, just enjoy life'? These pieces of advice emphasize focusing on the present and the moments happening in life. However, the modern world makes it challenging for people to pause and truly enjoy the current time. Everything moves fast, and individuals get caught up in the constant whirlwind of growth and worries to the point where they lose themselves in the past. You may not realize it, but the busyness can make you lose a connection with your past self. This might contribute to your daily growth through experiences but also lead to changes that make you lose touch with your initial values.
