The nearly 100-year-old, historicist-style building on Blaha Lujza Square will feature 181 rooms, as well as commercial, gastronomic and cultural units on four floors. The public spaces, including the bar and lounge, are planned for the building's fifth floor with a view, where the interior is more than six meters high.
