Abstract : The construction of the Digital Silk Road is an important part of the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative. In recent years, the digital infrastructure of the countries participating in the Belt and Road Initiative has been continuously improved, and "hard connectivity" has continued to lay the foundation for the construction of the Digital Silk Road; the construction of relevant systems has continued to advance, and "soft connectivity" has escorted the construction of the Digital Silk Road; "Silk Road e-commerce" has flourished, providing new impetus for the economic development of the countries participating in the construction; the "digital benefit to the people" projects have continued to increase, providing "digital opportunities" for the countries participating in the Belt and Road Initiative, and helping the ancient Silk Road to regain its vitality.
