Systems Vs Chaos - Biohacker
Somewhat of a different post today, gentlemen, as I sit in a self-reflective Sunday state and ponder how I can improve in all aspects of life. Something I wanted to reflect on: I had a tweet that went viral on Twitter, emphasizing how ADHD/Autism is the mixture of chaos and structure. This is something that I’ve tried to incorporate into my life recently. For a number of years, I was always one of those people who had built skills unconsciously and couldn’t recall the skillset I possessed (sounds stupid, I know). But it wasn't until recently that I started to understand why I did it. It was because I have always thrived in the chaos of pattern recognition and I could just make things up as they came to me. All my skills that I have accumulated over the years had come to me passively. So, I’ve made it a goal of mine to completely re-program who I am to get more from myself.
