Although I currently work as an IC, I've also led design teams before. I find empowering other designers to do their best work incredibly rewarding. I spent part of my time at Discord leading a team of 10 designers across three pillars Since then the pendulum has swung back the other way and I've enjoyed having my hands in the clay again. Outside of design I love music, games, and a cup of good coffee. That being said, I do truly love the web, design, and building software. In my spare time I'm often trying to learn new things like shaders, improving my animation skills, and new tools.
