Roman Arkadyevich Abramovich[a][b] (born 24 October 1966) is a Russian business oligarch and politician. He is the former owner of Chelsea, a Premier League football club in London, England, and is the primary owner of the private investment company Millhouse.[1] He has Russian, Portuguese and Israeli citizenship. He was formerly Governor of Chukotka Autonomous Okrug from 2000 to 2008.
