My name is Yoyo and I like to build sci-fi with geeks from all over the world. Now what have I been up to? Sapientia now has 150 fellow scholars across social media and daily scholarly activities in the discord server! We want to build a collaborative space for neurotech and computational neuroscience like Hugging Face. A student and I are discussing a neuroscience textbook daily and we’re currently on chapter 12. I’ve just given a presentation on the effects of acute sleep deprivation on attention. While I’m skeptical towards textbooks, I found this textbook through competing in the brain bee in high school; The intuition and first-principles approach here is refreshing to see. Meanwhile, I plan to learn differential equations or multivariable calculus for modelling purposes. I want to build enough knowledge to model and generalize to unknown questions.
