I can’t sleep, but I know every minute I waste not sleeping will make tomorrow even harder. Alas, I cannot fall asleep. I try to do my lazy version of meditating. Breathe in. Breathe out. Let some thoughts go. Notice what I’m feeling. Right now I’m feeling a heaviness in my chest. I try to breathe it out. I wonder to myself, why does this place always make me feel like shit?
