This current rollercoaster of emotions has largely been fueled by a change at work: after a year in operations, I finally made the lateral move into trading. This means that I am finally a bona fide Intense Female in Finance, but it also means that I am coming to terms with my deepest insecurities, “International Math Olympiad boy penis envy.” What is International Math
