Dr. Kate Mulligan is an Assistant Professor at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto. With the Alliance for Healthier Communities, Kate directed Canada’s first large-scale social prescribing project, implemented in community health centres across diverse urban, rural, Francophone, and Northern regions in the province of Ontario.
