Whoop Advanced Labs or Function Health upload to Whoop? : r/whoop
Is there a difference other than getting more with FH? I'm looking at picking one to get with the Chase Sapphire offer... Any thoughts/advice welcome! Thanks! I think maybe the downside with Function Health is you won’t get the analysis from an MD. But, you can just run it through an AI. And maybe that is good enough? …and, is more better? Just something to think about. At some point, there’s a cut off point as to whether there’s any value in testing more stuff. Using Advanced Labs, an MD supposedly analyzes your lab work. And most people report that it’s very good. And, they test more things than I have ever had tested in my life. And, I’ve always been pretty happy with my typical annual labs. How much more testing do we really need? Function Health really limits how you can export the data. The only option is pdf.
