Default External Player (MPV?) hotkeys help : r/Stremio

Stremio is a modern media center that's a one-stop solution for your video entertainment. Available for: Windows, Mac, Linux, Android Mobile, Android TV, Samsung TV, LG TV and iOS I activated the external player option in Stremio (PC) because the default player stutters the video or causes a slowdown effect. With the external it seems like it's a default/fresh MPV player which player and works completely fine, BUT no hotkeys work. Is there any way to add hotkeys like space = pause, left/right = forward/backward, up/down = volume etc? I've read multiple other posts saying something like click to use external player and then select which one you want, but there is no option like that for me. It's only a checkbox of "use external player.' The choosing seems to be for Android/cellphone version? have you tried enabling hardware aceelerated playback in the settings to check if it helps with stuttering? I did and didn't work. It's running on an N4000 mini PC. I tried all settings and only fou
