I realized recently that 2025 marks 10 years since my first actual job programming. Next year, I turn 30. I won't claim to call that old but I also don't think I can claim to be new to all this at this point either. I now find myself sometimes in the position of mentoring other, younger people into the industry too. I figured I'd reflect a bit on how the last decade has gone.
