He is giving us a unique peak into his psyche. That’s what makes an artist an artist in my opinion. *note a year later and people are still tryna argue. I never said rap isn’t an art. Just that Kendrick Lamar goes beyond it, he mixes in different mediums and experiments with songs that feel less like songs and more like a short film.
