So, these past few years we've seen this rise of Virtual YouTuber personalitys making a huge dent on the internet & have now become a subculture & industry consisting of many different individuals & companies behind them. As someone that was raised on Vocaloid & has always been the nerd that fans out for fictional characters more than IRL celebrities, I always found this concept kind of cringe. I decided that it wasn't my thing, & that even though I might be a hypocrite for turning my nose to Vtubers, it is what it was. Fast forward a bit, & one day I get reccomended a video for this Virtual group named PLAVE. Now, prior to this, the last time I heard about a Virtual group was MAVE, who I aptly ignored because I was under the incorrect impression that they were AI, & their realistic graphics bothered me.
