Marianne Potvin | Eliot House ~ Harvard University
Hi there Domus! This is my fifth year as a tutor, and I’m so happy to be back. This year, I’ll be on the Eliot CARE and Fellowships teams. I have a Ph.D in urban planning and architecture (GSAS ’19), and a Masters in Design Studies (GSD ’13). My professional/academic focus is on global policy, international aid, fragility and conflict. I’ve worked at/on/with the World Bank, UNHCR, and various humanitarian NGOs in Iraq, Afghanistan, the Sahel, etc. I’m currently training as a clinical social worker with an emphasis on anti-oppressive psychotherapy. Although technically Canadian, I spent my childhood between Lima, Bamako, Paris, Bangkok and Ottawa, and I always love to connect with other internationally minded folks. Come say hi and reach out with any questions; as a friendly introvert, I can be found in the D-Hall’s quieter corners or in M31. FDDE!
