Mr. HORSFORD. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to talk about a very concerning truth about this Chamber. Recently, this Chamber moved at lightning speed on a bill that will ban TikTok if it becomes law. I voted against that bill for many reasons, one being that the process was alarmingly fast with little time to discuss the facts or the impact to small businesses or content creators, which actually should have ownership. Mr. Speaker, I find it very hypocritical that with all the pressing urgent matters before our Nation, we swiftly moved this bill through committee and on the floor.
