Schej is an IOS app that automates your Google Calendar events into a shareable calendar to easily compare events and availabilities with your friends. Think a crossover between Google Calendar and LettuceMeet. Three key functionalities include: adding friends to share your "schej" (schedule) with each other, turning on/off your event names for privacy, and creating group calendars to easily select a time to see who is available. Schej initially started as a website that my two team members developed during a hackathon, and I later joined the team during the summer of 2022. After conducting user interviews, we decided to pivot to creating an IOS app for Schej. My role was as the product designer, designing the user interface, flow, and branding of the app, but I additionally conducted user research and interviews to further develop our focus features.
